Eight glowing gems appear on the mine wall, each with a color and a purity number. Line up matching colors into a gem vein and BLAST — the purer the vein, the bigger the boom, until your score snowballs from dozens to tens of thousands. Dig through 8 mine layers, each deeper and richer. After every layer, hit the supply station and grab mining gear: add bonus points to a color, double same-color blasts, or supercharge your final shot. Every run reshuffles the gear, so no two runs play the same. Each layer ends in a Boss anomaly that forces fresh tactics — tough rock seals off a color, gas eats one of your blasts. Locked Tile: A tile that cannot be moved or matched until freed — usually by clearing adjacent tiles or breaking a lock. The primary obstacle in advanced puzzle levels.
Power-up: A collectible item that grants a temporary special effect — clearing a row, shuffling the board, or adding extra time. Strategic power-up use separates casual from expert play.
Cascade: A chain reaction where clearing one set of tiles causes new tiles to fall into matching positions, creating automatic combos without additional moves.
Tile Match: A core mechanic where you swap, rotate, or slide adjacent tiles to create matching groups. Groups of 3+ clear from the board, triggering cascading combos.
